These Terms govern your use of Fashion OS, provided by Fashion OS ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to use Fashion OS.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the features you use (e.g. generating a try-on, showing a post to the community). You are responsible for having the rights to any content and images you upload, and you must only upload images of yourself for avatar/try-on.
Try-on images and styling suggestions are produced by automated systems and are approximations — they may not perfectly reflect real fit, color, or size. Use your judgment before purchasing.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or these Terms.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the app store (Google Play / App Store) and managed via RevenueCat. Prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account. Store purchases are subject to the store's refund policies.
Free features may include limited daily credits (e.g. try-ons), which we may adjust. We may also offer referral or promotional credits subject to these Terms.
The app may show news and shopping links, including affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies.
You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime (Profile → Delete). We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to comply with law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date and notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
